In the Facture series I used exotic woods, buffalo bone and ray leather to create jewellery which can be worn by men and women alike. While most of these objects are geometrical, there are patterned, carved and organic pieces as well. The layered wood I used as a raw material for several of my pieces was made by the Belgian craftsman G. Larondelle. In honour of the woods from Africa, the pieces bear African first names. Some ivory parts of the object were made from the keys of an old discarded Bösendorfer piano.
The series was selected for the final exhibition of the competition for the Hungarian Design Award 2013.
